What is Konasana – Angle Pose | Yoga Asanas

Konasana: In sanskrit it is pronounced as कोनासन.

It is made up of two words Kon(Angle) + Asana (Pose/Posture) = Konasana

How to do Konasana Yoga

Warm your body for 3-5 minutes.

First step: Stand straight, Maintain the two feet distance between your feet.

Second step: Slowly bend your waist to the left and touch the left foot toes with the left-hand finger and placed the right hand directly to the head.

Maintain the pose for 10 seconds and come back slowly to the original position.

As shown in the figure.

Third step: Repeat the same process to the right-hand side and place the left hand directly to the head.

Maintain the pose for 10 seconds and come back slowly to the original position.

Repeat the Konasana exercise for five minutes.

Note- Keep breathing normally.
